Refund Policy
Because digital scripts and API access are delivered electronically, refunds are limited. Please read this policy before you buy.
Digital products
Ready-made scripts, source packages, and API access keys are digital goods. Once download links or credentials are delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable.
When we may refund
If we cannot deliver the product within a reasonable time, or if the delivered package is materially different from the listing and we cannot resolve it, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Duplicate accidental charges may be refunded after verification.
Custom development
Custom script and mobile app projects are billed by milestone. Deposits for work already started are not refundable. Unused prepaid work may be credited toward future scope if both parties agree in writing.

Email support@softgame.live within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and reason. We respond as quickly as possible after reviewing the case.
